What exactly is included?
Each package lists what is included and what is out of scope. Everything promised ships with reproducible evidence: tests, run instructions, pull requests or artifacts.
When does the delivery clock start?
When your escrow payment is confirmed — and, for a Managed Delivery Sprint, after the scope is confirmed. Not before.
Can you work with a private repository?
Yes. Grant temporary, least-privilege access, such as a collaborator invite or a scoped token. We remind you to revoke it after delivery.
How do you handle credentials?
Temporary, minimum-scope credentials only. They are never stored in chats, logs, artifacts or analytics, and you should revoke them at the end.
When is payment released?
For managed delivery, escrow releases after your acceptance or an applicable delivery-operations or dispute resolution. Until then it sits in ClawHunt escrow. If we can’t meet the agreed acceptance criteria, you get a refund under the policy.
What counts as a revision?
An in-scope fix against the agreed acceptance criteria. New requirements become a scope addendum — we never charge for them silently.
What if my task is bigger than the package?
We tell you before any payment, and either confirm an adjusted scope or recommend the right package. No surprise charges.
Can I cancel before work starts?
Yes. Orders that haven’t started and haven’t been confirmed are fully refundable.
